We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

💫 Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items. If your item is unused and in its original condition, you may request a return within 15 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please email us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, etc.).

  • All returns must be approved by our team before being sent back.

  • Items must be returned within 15  days of return approval.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

 

🌿 Refunds

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets the return criteria, we’ll issue a refund to your original form of payment. You’ll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.

If your product arrived damaged or there was an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product and packaging so we can make it right.
